SUMS Place offers a free income tax clinic through the Canada Revenue Agency’s Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP). Trained volunteers complete returns for anyone with a modest income and a simple tax situation, at no cost.

What to bring to streamline the process:
Government-issued photo ID
Social Insurance Number (SIN)
All T-slips (T4, T5, etc.)
Any medical receipts
Last year’s Notice of Assessment
