Please ensure your Probation Officer's initials and signature are included where required.

Ask your Probation Officer to email the completed application to: volunteer@sumsplace.ca

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your application, our team will review it and contact you regarding next steps.

Please note:

  • Community Service Program opportunities are Monday-Friday (8am-4pm)

  • While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a large number of volunteer hours within a short timeframe.
