Casework Services at Surrey Welcome Hub

Our Community Connections program offers comprehensive casework services to guests of Surrey Urban Mission’s shelters and drop-in programs. Our dedicated caseworkers provide one-on-one assistance, advocacy, outreach, and care to help you navigate various challenges and access the support you need.

Location: Surrey Welcome Hub, 13545 King George Blvd.

Hours: Every day from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Please apply here if you or your organization would like to volunteer your time and expertise in supporting our casework services.

We assist with the following services:

  • BC Housing Applications & Support
  • Income Assistance Applications
  • Rental Subsidies and Housing Loss Prevention
  • Government Issued ID Acquisition & Replacement
  • Income Tax Filing

We also provide referrals to:

  • BC Housing
  • Detox and Treatment Centres
  • Fraser Health Services
  • Numerous other community resources and agencies

Our casework services are accessible to all members of the community, regardless of their situation.
